NRM is a licensed General Contractor in the State of Tennessee, and approved in classifications: BC-Commercial Building Construction; HRA-Highway, Railroad and Airport Construction; and MU-Municipal and Utility Construction. Based on the strength of financials we have an “unlimited” job size by the State of Tennessee. Our current bonding limits are $5M single project and $10M aggregate. Our approach is to self perform aspects of a construction project where we have proven abilities and subcontract specialty aspects as required to qualified and proven subcontractors.
NRM’s Project Managers, Superintendents and field staff all recognize the importance of maintaining a safe and clean worksite. We follow OSHA guidelines to the letter, and are frequently even more stringent. We also maintain a drug-free work environment, and demand the same from all of our subcontractors. NRM’s philosophy is “Safety First“for all employees and our EMR is among the best in the industry. We have never experienced a lost time accident. We utilize our Corporate Health and Safety Program and our Quality Assurance Program on each and every project to ensure safety and quality.
